There used to be forums here but I closed them because they weren't used and were just a security hole waiting to happen.
The server should still be up though! Get to it by using /connect et.joyrex.net in the console!
For your client, I recommend using ET Legacy.
For the map/mod downloads, the client will grab them, but if you want to get them via the web, et-downloads/ is where you should look.
